Job Description:

Respond to customer queries on technical issues relating to Suzuki products.
* Conduct technical investigations and or customer/site visits to collect and investigate problems and interface with concerned personnel to assess root cause and implement solutions.
* Coordinate with technical team of dealers for quality of service and satisfaction of customers.
* Effectively coordinate and monitor the Certified Used Cars project.
* Monitor and standardize the after sales services at Suzuki authorized dealership.
* Provide Technical information / Training to the technical team of Authorized dealers.
