Job Summary:

Job Description:
1. Responsible for staff management related to all issues including centre targets, recoveries, conflict resolution and grievance handling.
2. Responsible for managing field quality and ensuring operations are in line with policies and performance standards.
3. Responsible for discussing any client issues if required, and providing the solutions.
4. Will conduct daily centre audits including screening, disbursement and any other additional tasks.
5. Conduct client focus groups to receive feedback and analyze issues ranging from new policies to problematic centers etc.
6. Daily meetings with loan officers to plan and discuss performance.
7. Supervision of CO’s daily activities and assisting CO in preparing monthly reports.
8. Attend monthly area meeting with area manager and other branch managers from own area, to assess performance.
9. Responsible for maintaining monthly budget within branch.
10. Responsible for appraisal of CO and all loan officers in branch.
11. Responsible for preparation of monthly payroll, to be combined by area manager.
