1) Coordinate & Monitor the customer complaints starting from receiving to repairing and dispatch on front desk delivery.
2) Able to handle the hyper customer face to face and specially on phone.
3) Take feedback from custoemr after delivery on phone & take appropriate actions to solve the customer issue.
4) Good writting skill in English
5) Soft Spoken.
6) Able to answer the customer cumpalin on e-mail.
