Job Description:
To manage the total marketing mix (products/promotions/pricing/people) Increases and Develop over all business of the Company Sales Forecasting
* Plan and implement percentage increase in units / value with Distributors/ Dealers ( old/new) (i.e. growth programs)
* Contribute to annual sales plan through specific Distributors/ Dealers plans, including objectives for coverage, volume, distribution, display and after sales service
* Ensure achievement of budgeted In Market Sales, Shipments and distributor inventory levels by business unit. Business and Sales Management
* Monitor In Market Sales performance within the region/ market and take corrective action Profitability
* Achieve profitability targets of the Company as per the annual plan
* Implement pricing as per agreed Pricing Strategies Distributors/ Dealers Management
* Plan orders with Distributors/ Dealers in line with set objectives
* Manage Inventory levels with Distributors/ Dealers to maintain agreed stock holding levels.
* Work with Distributor sales force to ensure objectives are met and implementation is per priorities.
* Review Distributors/ Dealers performance monthly, to ensure alignment with In Market Sales / Distribution and Display in line with Key Performance objectives
* Analyze and present Retail Audit updates to Distributor and implement prompt corrective actions.
* Update Distributors/ Dealers Sales Force on product knowledge
* Implement Trade visibility and display programs as per Business Line Strategy Internal & External Operations
* Prepare and negotiate trading terms (inc. discount structure) with Distributors/ Dealers to utilize both the traders' and the company's marketing plans
* Maintain an effective regional database of Distributor customer data etc.
* Develop a partnership with the trade through customer service excellence
* Implement price increases in full and on time as required
* Ensure expenditure is within agreed budgeted levels Business and Sales Management
* Plan and implement percentage increase in units / value with Distributors/ Dealers (i.e. growth programs)
* Contribute to annual sales plan through specific Distributor plans to include objectives for coverage, volume, distribution, display and after sales service
* Ensure achievement of budgeted In Market Sales, Shipments and distributor inventory levels by business unit. Monitor and track share objectives Develop and agree Annual Operational Plan covering monthly promotional Set promotional cover priorities based on distribution/display objectives in individual markets Initiate and implement incentive programs to achieve business objectives Support the planning of product launch programs and implement the same Collate and report competitive activities and information and provide feedback
Skills Required:
* Persons with FMCG-Non Food experience are welcome
* Excellent contacts with distributors/dealers Strong communication skills
* Ability to managing the distributors and Knowledge of distribution channels are a must.
