Job Description:
To handle multiple day to day task(s)
-Performance management system`s goal management for direct/indirect repartees of IT Head
-Coordinate with and communicate task(s) to team(s).
-Functional and cross functional coordination for work and goal management.
-Organize and schedule appointments, take follow-up, write and distribute minutes of meeting(s).
-Organizing and attending meetings; ensure that department head has relevant information before hand.
-Handle enquiries, request(s), email(s) and call(s) whenever needed.
-Manage research oriented assignment as and where required.
-Prepare document(s), briefing paper(s), report(s) and presentation(s).

-Excellent English communication (Written & Verbal)
-Should be a go-getter, who is team & task oriented.
-Punctual & aggressive towards work, must have excellent follow-ups and should be tactful
-Hands on programming experience would be preferred.
