Job Description:

* Update and prepare meeting schedules and official commitments
* To keep projects on schedule
* To maintain procedure manuals to ensure consistent performance of routines
* Arrange essential mail in priority action
* Check deadlines on incoming request
* Process replies and handle inquires
* Maintain calendar
* Arranging traveling and ticketing
* Ascertain which events require Director's presence
* Arrange amenities as needed.

Skills Required:

Required Skills Academic Qualification:
* Bachelors(B.A/B.COM)
* Diploma of Secretarial science
** Professional Experience & Age: - 2-3 years of experience in a similar capacity with an age of 23-25 years
*** Skills, Knowledge & Competencies: -
* Excellent proven written and verbal communication skills.
* Should have good interpersonal and organizational skills.
* Strong knowledge of MS office (Excel and Word)
* Good at administrative and coordination skills.
* Good at giving Prompt responses
