Job Description:
Required loan officers and account officers for new branches.Local residents of all three districts will be preferred. Main Responsibilities are:
* Responsible for target planning of each month in monthly meetings with the Branch Manager and realization of growth targets which initially shall be 550-600 clients in 4 months
* Conduct 3 to 4 centre meetings for collections based on the lending model.
* Ensure timely recoveries from all centers by ensuring strong follow-ups and professional relationship with clients.
* The Loan Officer will repeat at least 90 to100 clients each month.
* Responsible for centre screening of their pair Loan Officer
* Complete the daily loan recovery sheets and submit them to Accounts officer for reconciliation
* Responsible for making their monthly schedule and reporting progress to the Branch Manager on daily basis.
* Responsible for marketing the right brand image and upholding the values of Buksh Foundation
* Guide and coach trainee loan officers as required, after consultation with the Branch Manager.
* Responsible for ensuring the minimum level of delinquency through effective planning
* Responsible for ensuring excellent customer care by providing timely and quality service to Clients. Note: Local Residents will be preferred and candidates who are not willing to RELOCATE themselves do not apply.
