Job Description:
* To perform Microbiological testing of Raw Material, In-Process Products and Finished Products.
* To prepare reports of microbiological tests and subsequent filing and record keeping.
* To take care about laboratory equipments, chemicals, glass wares, furniture & fixtures etc.
* To ensure availability of chemicals, glass wares & other necessary items at the time of performing experiments.
* To study about latest techniques & concepts of microbiological testing that is related to our work & beneficial for company.
* To discuss results with Manager Q.A. to conclude root causes and subsequent >suggestion and implementation of curing actions.
* To visit storage and production areas to improve hygiene conditions.
* To participate actively for increasing awareness regarding hygiene.
* To develop strong co-ordination with Process Control Officers for GMP compliance.
* To present statistical views of testing results and conduct a comparative studies on quarterly basis.
* To collect and compile relevant literature.
* To perform any other task assigned by Manager Quality Assurance.

* Microscope

* Magnetic stirrer, Aw & IR Moisture Analyzer.
* Karl Fisher & Viscometer.
* Bursting machine & Seal/Leakage Identifier.
* Bricks meter & PH meter.
* Gel Electrophoresis.
* Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point)
* Email
* Internet
